Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a protest demonstration was held in Srinagar against the detention and harassment of Kashmiri students studying at Mewar University in Rajasthan, India.
According to Kashmir24, people including families of Kashmiri students expressed growing concerns over the safety and discrimination faced by Kashmiri students in India.
The protesters said that the students from occupied Jammu and Kashmir enrolled in the BSc Nursing programme at the Rajasthan-based were detained for two days after raising questions about the recognition status of their course.
