Twin blasts in Punjab part of BJP’s “election strategy”: CM Mann

Chandigarh: Chief Minister of Indian Punjab state and Aam Aadmi Party leader Bhagwant Mann has said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was behind the twin blasts reported in Punjab within 24 hours, terming the incidents part of a pattern aimed at creating unrest ahead of the state assembly elections next year.

According to Kashmir24, speaking to the media at Anandpur Sahib in Rupanagar district, Mann said that the BJP often resorts to riots, blasts, or communal tension in states where it seeks electoral advantage. He said that these blasts indicated that the BJP was “preparing for Punjab”.
