A Science STEM (STEM) exhibition was organized at Government Boys Degree College Umarkot, showcasing students' models, which presented various models of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. The exhibition showcased the creativity of students who are exploring new directions in the field of education. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Principal of Government Boys Degree College Umarkot Abdul Rauf Soomro, teachers and professors and MPA of PPP Rana Hamir Singh Sodhu, MPA of PPP Ameer Ali Shah, Deputy Commissioner Umarkot Naveedur Rehman Lark, Director Colleges Merchand and Rasool. Rasool Bakhsh Rahimdani, Rana Hamir Singh's Personal Assistant Sidhu Kanwal Singh, Engineer Kanhaiya Mohanlal, Social Personality Dharam Das Nurbani, Government High School Principal Khalid Hussain Khaskheli, Professor Ahmed Ali Khaskheli and other important personalities were also present on this occasion. At the end of the exhibition, Director Colleges Mirchand Uday and Principal Abdul Aziz Memon gave shields and certificates to the students in recognition of their hard work and creative work. The residents of the area also expressed their happiness over the holding of the exhibition and termed it as an important milestone in the field of education.
