Srinagar: In illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian police have seized the property of another Kashmiri in the Humhama area of Budgam district.
According to Kashmir24, the seized property includes a two-storey house owned by Irfan Ahmed Dar.
Since the revocation of IIOJK’s special status in August 2019, the Modi regime has intensified its colonial agenda in the territory. Confiscation of homes, businesses, and land under various pretexts has become a systematic tool of repression. Hundreds of such properties have already been seized, with the underlying aim of terrorizing the local population, crippling them economically, and facilitating demographic change by reallocating these assets to non-local Hindus.
