Srinagar: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has said that the Indian BJP regime has snatched every right, including the right to life, of the Kashmiris, with arbitrary detentions, harassment, cordon and search operations, and torture having become routine in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir24, APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas, in a statement issued in Srinagar, said that the lives, dignity, and freedom of Kashmiris are at the mercy of brutal Indian forces and the regime, which is using draconian laws to silence the Kashmiri voice.
The statement said that human rights violations in IIOJK have increased to an alarming level since the illegal and unilateral revocation of the special status of the territory in August 2019, and deplored that India is using draconian laws to stifle political dissent in the region.
