Srinagar: The ongoing conflict in West Asia, coupled with failed Indian government policies, has led to a severe LPG crisis in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, with consumers facing acute shortages and unavailability of cooking gas despite advance bookings.
According to Kashmir24, the hollow assurances of “abundant” fuel stocks by the occupation regime ring hollow as people queue up with empty cylinders, seeking refills.
“I’ve been waiting for a gas cylinder since March 17, and the delivery agent has switched off his phone,” said Ashfaq Ahmed, a Srinagar resident. “The gas dealer’s office says they’ve given the quota to the delivery person, but I’m still waiting.”
