Jammu: A balloon, suspected by authorities to be linked to Pakistan on account of its colour scheme, was recovered early Saturday in the Arnia area of Jammu district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, promping a swift police response.
According to Kashmir24, the object was spotted near Garore Nala within the jurisdiction of the Border Police Post Sai in the Arnia sector. Following the alert, a police team rushed to the location and secured the area.
The balloon, described as green and white in color, was found lying on the Sardari Playground and was subsequently taken into custody by the police team. It was later shifted to Border Police Post Sai for examination, where it is being reportedly assessed in accordance with established procedures.
